Terms and conditions

1. Promoter
   The Promoter is CoStar UK Limited, 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, United Kingdom, E14 5HU
   
2. Eligibility
   This offer is available to selected estate agency businesses based in the UK who are invited to take part in the campaign. One entry per business. Employees of OnTheMarket are not eligible.
3. How to qualify for the first £20 Costa Coffee voucher
   To qualify for the first £20 Costa Coffee voucher, participants must: 
   1. Book and attend a qualifying sales meeting with an OnTheMarket representative. 
   2. No‑shows or cancelled meetings will not be eligible.
4. First £20 Costa Coffee voucher fulfilment 
   1. The £20 Costa Coffee voucher will be issued after the qualifying meeting has been fully attended and completed. 
   2. Vouchers are provided as a thank‑you and are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable and have no cash alternative. 
   3. Delivery method and timing will be confirmed by OnTheMarket following the meeting.
5. How to qualify for the second £20 Costa Coffee voucher
   To qualify for the second £20 Costa Coffee voucher, participants must: 
   1. Begin advertising and start listing properties with OnTheMarket within 3 weeks from the first initial meeting.
6. Second £20 Costa Coffee voucher fulfilment 
   1. The second £20 Costa Coffee voucher will only be issued once listings are live on OnTheMarket and the eligibility criteria above are met. 
   2. Failure to commence listings within 3 weeks after the first initial meeting will result in the second voucher being forfeited.
7. General conditions 
   1. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value. Use of any gift vouchers will be subject to the applicable terms from the relevant vendor.  OnTheMarket reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the promotion at any time where necessary. 
   2. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the promotion may result in disqualification.
8. Governing law
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
