Management Fee Protection
OnTheMarket agents can now sign up for Management Fee Protection, developed with Canopy and the Alan Boswell Group. The policy has been underwritten by Aviva and provided through the Alan Boswell Group who act as the insurance broker. Management Fee Protection protects letting agents against the loss of income from their management fee if a tenant defaults on paying their rent.
