If you’re manually uploading, on the right-hand side of your property upload screen (below Photo carousel) is a Documents & media section.

Select Upload then Virtual tour as your media type. Select From File to upload either an .mp4 or .mov file, or From URL to enter a link to where your video is hosted – such as YouTube or Vimeo. If you’re uploading from a URL make sure to select Add once you have copied the URL in or the video will not be added to the listing. The maximum file size accepted is 150MB.

Ensure that the Online viewing available toggle is switched on, if applicable (found towards the bottom of Features & attributes).

If you send your listings via a property data feed you’ll need to upload the file or URL into your system so that it can be sent across to us by your provider.
