If you’re a new homes developer, the Lead mapping report can be found under the Reports menu.

This report shows a heatmap of where email leads were sent from, relating to listings in the selected outcode. You can also filter the listings included in the report.

The report can be filtered on the following:

Outcode: Choose the outcode(s) of the listings where you wish to see the source of the lead.

Radius: The default is leads 50 miles from the outcode, but this can be reduced or extended to 100 miles. 

Date: The default is three months but can be changed. This will look at the date the lead was recorded.

Property types: Filter the results to be for a specific property type.

Price: Add an optional price range, to only show leads related to properties that fall into the range.

Bedrooms: Filter the results to be for a specific bedroom range.

New homes: It’s possible to include, exclude or show only new homes.
