The Supply & demand report will show which property types are in demand compared to the stock level, identifying which property type and price bracket there is current unmet demand for. If you’re a new homes developer, you can access this under the Reports menu.

We compare the property listings (supply) and the leads/views for those listings (demand); displaying the results. 

You can group the results by one of: property type, bedroom count, or price bracket.
