There are three main methods of lead integration. These are a Webhook, an API, or a lead parser. Our Webhook will send your full email lead data to your CRM software in real-time. Our API lead integration allows your CRM software to retrieve core email and phone lead data from Expert at regular intervals. Lastly, a lead parser is a piece of software that scans your email inbox and copies the information from the emails into your system.

Does my feed provider support Lead integration?

We’ve included a list at the end of this article of providers we’re aware of who support Webhook Lead Integration with us here at OnTheMarket. If your provider isn’t on this list, we would be happy to work with them to set-up their integration. You can ask them to contact us at support@onthemarket.com for more information.

What about feed providers who use email lead parsing?

Some feed providers who don’t support real-time can do a form of lead integration – they do this by retrieving leads from an email inbox, essentially they’re copying the information from leads emails we send and then parsing them into their system. We have no control over this form of Lead Integration and cannot assist with this in most cases.
