WhatsApp messenger

We’ve integrated with WhatsApp, meaning buyers, sellers, and tenants can use WhatsApp to enquire about properties. You can choose to include WhatsApp as an additional option for potential clients to get in touch with you.

How does it work?

All you need to do is update your enquiry details in OnTheMarket Expert. If you choose to add a sales and or lettings WhatsApp number to your branch information, the app’s icon will then appear on your property details pages, which potential clients can click on to enquire further via the messaging service.

Those who choose to contact you via WhatsApp will be required to complete a form to qualify the lead and capture their contact details, whilst being given the option to request a valuation of their property.

Once the form fields are complete and the potential client submits their enquiry, their message and full details are sent to you via WhatsApp, where you can then reply directly and continue the conversation. An email copy of each enquiry is also generated and sent to you, providing another follow up option.
