Dashboard

The Dashboard is your homepage and this page will quickly give you an overview of everything that is going on with your branch.

Quick links

Rather than going via the top level menu options to those pages that are used most often, you can quickly link to them from here. As well as viewing your enquiries and Spotlight/Premium Display Property administration here, you also have access to our Sales monitor tool:

Sales Monitor

If ever you withdraw a residential sales property listing from the OnTheMarket website (before marking it as Under offer, or SSTC, etc), we will compare the postcode of that property listing to the postcodes of sales recorded in the Land Registry / Registers of Scotland. You can therefore very easily identify sales that may have occurred without your knowledge, while still under contract with you. You can even register for automatic email alerts. Please refer to the Sales monitor for further details and Disclaimer.

Your properties 

This will default to ‘All’, but you can also set it to just Sales or Lettings. The four cards below will update accordingly and will show you all of the applicable properties that you have live at OnTheMarket, those that are ‘available’ (To let, or For sale), those that are ‘unavailable’ (marked as Let agreed, Under offer, etc) and those that are ‘new’ (loaded within the last seven days). To the right hand side, look for the View details link, which will take you through to your Property list page.

Your recent performance 

The performance of your properties is shown here, firstly in graph form and then in cards (as above). Performance is based on how many views of property detail pages have been recorded over the last 28 days, as well as how many email and phone leads have been generated. Hover over the graph to see lead numbers.

To the right hand side, look for the View details link, which will take you through to your Branch performance page.

Your patches (Market Intel) 

Keep up-to-date with what’s happening in your local property patch (or patches) with our Market Intel tool. Patches are based on postal sectors (for example EH1 1 and EH1 2 for Edinburgh’s old town) and you can easily specify which to include by entering text or selecting from a map. You can also filter by property type/s, price band, and sales or lettings. Patches are quick and easy to create and just as easy to save.

Once patches have been saved, you’ll see what properties are new to the market, which have been reduced, which have fallen through and which are struggling to sell or let, as well as what is available overall and which are agreed. From this data, you can click through to a further breakdown of each category, which can again be filtered further and PDFs and certificates can be generated.
