The phone number displayed alongside your listings and on your profile page is a unique number allocated to your branch or development. This enables you to track all the phone leads you receive via OnTheMarket. When a consumer calls this number (known as the Vox number), they’re connected to your direct number.

Call tracking allows you to view your phone lead history by navigating to the Phone leads QuickLink on your dashboard (also found under the Reports menu). From here, you can export your lead report, playback your recorded calls, and also download them should you wish.
