Your branch/development profile

When creating your profile, we’ll have entered the information from your contract and/or website. Please review it to ensure it’s correct. You can make changes by clicking on the pencil icon, or by contacting support@onthemarket.com.

From your dashboard, go to the Edit branch quick link in the top right.

If your branch is exclusively with OnTheMarket, please let us know so we can ensure your properties always display as such. 

Enquiry destinations

Add your contact details here. This is  where we’ll direct  lead phone calls, emails, and visits to your site.

Office profile

  • Link your social media accounts to  your agent profile page
  • Add a brief description about your business (avoid statements such as ‘established for x years’, as this will soon become out-of-date)
  • Complete your opening hours.
  • Include tenancy information (if you’re a Scotland based agency, you’ll not have access to this section). You can enter your fee structure here as a default and then use this data whenever you add a property listing (you can also override this on a per property basis). England and Wales have similar legislation regarding what payments from tenants are permitted in regards to arranging and managing tenancies. The legislation guidance states that if fees are charged, they must be detailed on property listings; this section helps you meet that obligation. 
  • Upload your logo. Logos should not contain contact details.

Location

The postcode entered here determines where the map pin for your branch will appear on your branch profile. If the map pin is appearing at the wrong location, please contact support@onthemarket.com.

Affiliations

Depending on whether your branch covers sales, lettings or both, will determine the affiliate options made available to you here. Select which ones are applicable to your branch. If your agency is not currently affiliated to an entry, please do not select it.

Misc

To record and track the number of calls we generate for you, we provide you with a unique telephone number that appears on your property listings and branch profile. This number will connect to your own branch telephone number. You will find your VOX number displayed on this tab.

Enhanced profile

You’ll have the following additional options available to you if your branch is Only With Us, or you’re on a full-rate contract.

Hero image

Choose the hero image you want at the top of your profile page. Selecting more than one will put the image on rotation.

Meet the team

On advanced profile pages your team will be showcased with their headshot. Add the name, job title, department, email address. and expertise of each of your staff members, as well as their photo. You can adjust the order of team members displayed by selecting the arrow icon in the top right corner. 

You can also assign team members to specific properties, both manually and via your feed. Contact support@onthemarket.com if you are on a real-time feed and need this set up.

Select Move office on the team member’s profile to move an agent to a different branch or department.

Testimonials

Add your testimonials here, to be presented in a carousel on your profile page. You can toggle whether you want these displayed or not, once uploaded.

Awards

In addition to affiliations, you can also add any recent awards your branch has received or been nominated for.
