How do I know if an email is really from OnTheMarket?
We’ll never contact you asking for your login information to OnTheMarket Expert or ask for you to enter your details into a website other than expert.onthemarket.com. If you receive an email purporting to be from OnTheMarket please check some of the following information:
- Check the sender’s email domain – emails from us should end in @onthemarket.com or @expert.onthemarket.com.
- Be vigilant of attempts to look genuine – for example, using a domain such as @nthemarket.co.uk or @on-the-market.com.
- Double check any links – if you have clicked on a link within the email check it redirects to a genuine OnTheMarket webpage. Scammers will often create a fake website that will look genuine but the URL will not be a legitimate OnTheMarket domain.
If you have any concerns about an email you have received, please forward the email to support@onthemarket.com, and we’ll investigate.
