These reports show a breakdown of your performance. If you have access to multiple branches, you will have an aggregated view under Brand stats. The reports display your email leads (including sales AVM leads and email appraisals, if applicable), phone leads, agent website visits, summary views, details views, clickthrough rate and additional detail views.

The report can be adjusted to display performance as daily, weekly or monthly. By default, we will show daily with all stats displayed, i.e. if you have a sales and lettings department these will be combined on the report. Simply select the dropdown All stats to filter to either sales or lettings, if applicable. To adjust the date range of the report, select the dates field next to the Export CSV button, and choose the desired period or select from suggested ranges below the calendar.

Also available is the “Data sets” filter, which will allow you to view all data sets or select to view only your leads, detail views, or summary views.

Hover over the graph to see a breakdown of each data point for the specific day/week/month.

Select Export to CSV if you would like to download a copy of the data.
