Phone and email leads: Property performance report

Property performance report

This option gives you a full report showing performance of all your listings.

From your dashboard, select the Property list quick link. From either the Details or Performance tab, you can select which properties you’d like to include in your report (there’s also ‘Select all’ option at the top).

Click Save at the bottom right to download.

In addition to the property details such as full address, the report will give you the following performance stats:

Detail views (last 7 days)
Detail views (vs. previous 7 days)
Detail views (vs. similar)
Summary views (last 7 days)
Click-through rate
Total email leads
Department – whether the property is
Sales/Lettings or Overseas

Selecting the Performance option then the icon under the Graphs & Reports also gives you overall performance of the listing. You can also create a marketing report for your vendor from here.
