How do I export my phone leads?

From your dashboard, navigate to the Phone leads quick link (also found under the Reports menu).

Your call log page will display your phone leads summary.

Use the start and end date fields to amend the date range for the graph. Select Export to download the data in CSV format. You can also filter leads by selecting the drop down and choosing from the available options.

Below this you will find your list of calls received to the branch – including date, timestamp, phone number of the applicant, call result, and duration of the call. The columns on your list are sortable (simply click on the header to re-order the list). 

Click the play icon underneath the Recording column to play back the call, and the arrow icon to download the call recording for training and monitoring purposes.
