What are call types and their definitions?

On your Phone leads page you may see the following within the Call result column:

ANSWERED: You answered the call or it successfully reached your voicemail.

HANGUP: The user hung up the phone before connecting with you.

HANGUP-WHISPER-CALLER: User hung up during the ‘Call from OnTheMarket’ message (Whisper).

HANGUP-RECORD-ALERT: User hung up after ‘Call from OnTheMarket’ message (Whisper).

NUMBER ERROR: We were not able to connect the call to your phone number. If you see this result, contact Technical Support on 0808 1202 877 (option 3).

CALL REJECTED: The call was not accepted by your phone provider. This may be due to a temporary issue, or something specific to that caller. If this persists, it is worth investigating with your provider.

NETWORK ERROR: The call could not be connected due to congestion on your line, or due to a network failure. This is usually temporary but if it persists you should contact your provider.
