When a user submits an enquiry and selects the Arrange viewing option, they will be prompted to select their desired date and time to view the property, and this additional information will be included in your email lead.

Before submitting the request, the user will need to select a checkbox to confirm they understand it is a viewing request only, and not a confirmed appointment with you at this stage.
